Penetanguishene Bound

The “Mummery” will be in Penetanguishene for Tugfest Georgian Bay Aug 22nd 23rd. She has been at our Parry Sound event and has put on a good show. Last fall she had some shaft cooling problems that have been corrected. It is hoped now that she will be a contender.

New Tug in the Fleet

Dan Mckay adds a new tug to his fleet. The (Iacalong) built in 1939 by Russell Bros in Owen Sound. Dan found her in Lac Ste Marie Quebec, on the Gatineau River. She is 47ft in lenght and is powered by a Cat D343 turbo @ 375hp. Dan plans on moving her to Sualt Ste [...]
