Tug Fred Scandrett:

The tug Fred Scandrett was launched as C. E. Ted Smith for the Dominion Tar & Chemical Co. Ltd of Montreal.. It was built by Port Weller Dry Docks Ltd in 1963. In 1969 the tug was acquired by the Toronto Harbour Commissioners. In 1999 ownership was changed to the Toronto Port Authoiry. Photo was taken by Gerry O in July 2004.
