This is the business end of the {Ice Breaker} CCGS Samual Risely. Parry Sound Harbour still has 10 to 12 inches of ice on it, and the next 14 day forcast calls for below normal temperatures for the season. We had an Elk go through the ice last night. There was a rescue attempt, but they failed to save it. A fact of life, and so it goes all over the world.
