Capt Joe Algrove has entered the Tug “Baleen” in our 2008 Georgian Bay Tugfest, Aug 22nd 23rd, in Penetanguishene. She has the traditional fish tug look. Capt Joe has turned the interior into a great live aboard. It’s a joy to see. The Baleen has been to all of our Parry Sound Tugfest events, as well as the Owen Sound home coming in 2007. We welcome Joe and Phillis to our 2008 Tugfest in Penetanguishene.
