New Tug “MAGGIE”

We have a new tug in our group. Ed Griffith of Owen Sound has purchased the Geri Ann out of Minnesota. At the moment she is called the Maggie, and her home port will be Owen Sound. She is powered by a Turbo Charged 4 cyl Perkins Diesel 78 bhp. Her length is 32ft, Beam 13.3, Draft 3.6ft Gross wt: 9 tons. She was built by Coastal Tug & Towing of South Bend, Indiana in 1986. Capt Ed wil bring Maggie to our 2008 Tugfest Georgian Bay in Penetanguishene Aug 22nd 23rd. We can’t wait to see what she can do.
